I was most fortunate on my first trip out this winter in search of Snowy Owls. To find this female, perched atop of a tree, along a concession road here in Waterloo Region, Ontario. I have made many a trip without seeing anything, so I hope that my luck holds out for the next venture... not likely, but hopefully.
